In the living area is a small couch, chair, TV, and kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. The main bedroom has a king bed and dresser with an attached second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is off the living/kitchenette area. There is an outdoor space for you to enjoy with chairs and firepit. Please note there are four steps up into the bedrooms, so guest must be able to walk up and down stairs. The Carriage House is one block from the shops, restaurants, historical buildings, and bars on High Street. Perfect location between Boerne and Fredericksburg. Feel free to smoke outside, but no smoking inside.
