The staff was on point and courteous. We were given keys to our room in less than 10 min. The room was clean and everything was in its place. Although we did not use the gym, we could see it as we passed by and it appeared to be very well equipped. The hotel is approximately 1-2 mi. from the State House, restaurants and museums.

The room was excellent. The front desk staff was awesome. The only issue I had was the hot water for the shower was very inconsistent but I suspect it may be related to some sort of environmental thing.
