The entire property is in need of renovation. The room was very small with the bed frame sticking out in the main walkway. The parking is tight for large vehicles. There is no office to help you get checked in but they do provide good check in instructions.

Great location with beautiful surroundings. Even saw a deer and her doe walking across the parking lot. I would recommend getting a room in the top floor for the view and to reduce the likelihood of the creaky floors bothering you.

If you’re looking for a peaceful mountain escape just minutes from Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs, Green Mountain Falls Lodge is an absolute hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet mountain town, this place is perfect for anyone wanting to unplug from the noise and reconnect with nature. We saw deer right outside our room and woke up each morning to the sound of birds and the crisp mountain air. Do yourself a favor and splurge on the best room with the jetted hot tub in the room—you will not be disappointed. The room was absolutely incredible: spacious, beautifully decorated, and the private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. But the real showstopper? The views. We had a massive back patio all to ourselves with panoramic mountain scenery that looked like something out of a postcard. A special shoutout to Tim, the manager, who was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a great experience. We’ll definitely be back—this lodge is truly something special.

The room was clean but nothing like the pictures on their website...too small for the bed, no extra seating. Mainly, there was little to no hot water. Room had jacuzzi tub with overhead shower. Difficult for seniors as you are standing in the tub. Okay for overnight.
