Very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast with an omelet cooked to your desire, was fantastic. Will be returning the next time we are in Colorado Springs!

Walls were thin, we could hear everything around us on the weekend (Friday and Saturday). Bed mattresses were very worn with indentations from years of use. Breakfast was basic school cafeteria value. TV was old and couldn’t watch tv apps. Shower amenities were very cheap. Everyone who works at the hotel was kind, helpful and delightful.

Great room clean room very good view of the mountains. I will be back it will well worth the money. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have guys making fresh omelets on the spit along with tons of other breakfast foods. It was great. The rest untreated us very good also and it was good food and the sweet tea was the best around.

What a gem!! So comfortable. In the morning, EVERY staff member that crossed my path said, “Good morning!” and the staff at the complimentary breakfast were above and beyond. Best breakfast ever! Very highly recommend.

Even though I got a smoke free room, it smelled heavily of smoke, especially when the shower was on. And for some reason, our room wouldn't cool down. Maybe it was broken? But it was a rougher night for us. But it was good in the morning great breakfast.

The foyer entrance is so beautiful. But when we got to the room was disappointing. The room was extremely dated. The shower curtain was gross and ripped. No fan in the bathroom. Looked like there was a heat bulb in bathroom but it was broken. There was a dirty cup on the window sill that was left. We were so far from the main hotel part we had no wifi.

Mattress was hard as cement. Checked in at night and was not given any soap, shampoo, etc. at front desk because there is none given in the room. I called and they said they would send someone with it and never did. Everything that is exposed is old, rusty, or dirty.
