A little weird that the air conditioning is on a special timer where they can't turn it on even if it is hot outside. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We ate the offered breakfast and it was delicious.

The hotel was cute and unique. My only complaint is there was no AC and we were not told it did not work and were not given any kind of discount. It was in the 90s while we were staying and miserably hot in the room.

When we come to the Springs, this is our go to place. We love the nostalgic retro feel we get from the building itself. Takes me back to the 1960's or 70's. This is a residential apartment complex along with some daily rental units. Amenities include restaurant and lounge in addition to a barber shop, swimming pool and workout room just to name a few. It is conveniently located and near a lot of shopping, eateries, and fueling stations. It is reasonably priced and has onsite security.

I adore this one of a kind place. 76 hotel rooms paired with 240+ residenyial and a handful oF business condos you can't really go wrong for the price. The only drawback is the location; it's not close to much. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough for all it's 1960s asthetics

I stayed for 2 days and the young man at the front desk Ethan was so kind and helpful. The pool was the most amazing. I had an issue with my toilet the first night but the next day it was handled. The big issue for me was that there was no AC or fan we controlled in our room. Our second night was unbearable it felt like the heat was on. But our thermostat was off.
