It was amazing! So beautiful and nice and the perfect relaxing weekend stay. It’s perfect to hang out and just chill and the air hockey table too! So much fun! Black Forest Reunion

The property was well suited for our family. The weather was warmer than anticipated and the ac was two window units. Enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub was busy, tho the family thought the jets could be stronger? Do need to add that this was our first time with VRBO and was impressed with this home's kitchen and the little extras available for use throughout the home. The towels were greatly appreciated and seeing the deer nestled under the tree was a real treat! There is probably more to add and I hope to use VRBO again. Thank you to our hosts.

Family Vacation

We stayed for 4 days and had a great experience. We had issues with the oven rhe first night and the host had a solution for us the next day and was very communicative throughout the whole process. All of the amenities were perfect and we had a great time relaxing after apending all day doing activities in and around Colorado Springs.

Wonderful wedding weekend

Our son got married only minutes from this home away from home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Family Friendly

June 2023 Family vacation and this house was perfect for our family. We took excursions everyday to local hot spots (Pikes, Peak, Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Castle Rock Outlet Malls, Helen Hunt waterfall) then came home to a restful and relaxing house with a hot tub. The basement is awesome with games and a huge TV area for the kids. Deer and Horses are in the backyard sometimes. We had an age range of 65 to 18 months. Kitchen was stocked with so many amenities. Such a great location on a lot of land. Thank you Travis!

Perfect for families

Pines Ranch made a perfect home base for my large family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It is one of the most well-stocked rentals I’ve stayed in. They have thought of everything. It was like Cristina’s morning when my grandkids discovered the cabinet of toys! We enjoyed hot tub soaks,. The hosts were quick to respond to communication, checked in to see if we needed anything, and were very accommodating.

Family Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for our families and our trip. We came to Colorado Springs for my sisters wedding and it was the perfect places to have the bridal party come for hair and make up the day of and meeting place before and after adventures. The property worked well for us with 2 kids who needed entertaining and the kitchen for family meals. The best part was the communication with the property owners, they were very easy and accommodating.
