The room was wonderful. Bed was extremely comfortable. The shower could have used a door or curtain to hold in the heat the shower, cold sur comes in from the outside.

Check-in was completely corrupted. The agent couldn’t find the res, someone else, second agent, found it and handed it back to first agent. THEN, all caps on purpose, agent#1 booked us into the wrong room, 201, under someone else res!!??!! How stupid!! As we returned with our luggage 2nd agent flagged us down and stated the mess-up. So we stood there waiting for incompetent agent #1 to fix all her mistakes!! Yea, this is not gong well !! What a company.
