Check-in was completely corrupted. The agent couldn’t find the res, someone else, second agent, found it and handed it back to first agent. THEN, all caps on purpose, agent#1 booked us into the wrong room, 201, under someone else res!!??!! How stupid!! As we returned with our luggage 2nd agent flagged us down and stated the mess-up. So we stood there waiting for incompetent agent #1 to fix all her mistakes!! Yea, this is not gong well !! What a company.

The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed our meals and they were part of the cost of the stay. Our lunch was delicious and buy one get one free. My friend requested extra coffees for the room, and we had barely made it to our room when the coffees arrived. Plenty of room, clean and nicely arranged
