In the heart of the city center of Colmar, in the district of the golden triangle, Haussmann apartment of 100 m2 and 3m30 high ceiling, located on the 1st floor of a mansion overlooking the park of Champ de Mars.
We offer you a high-end service: our rates include cleaning *, the supply of linen (beds and bathroom) and a parking space covered and guarded.
We welcome you throughout the year for your stay in Alsace.

We loved our stay in Colmar. The location is perfect as it's close to the main area, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Being across the street from the park was great for our toddler to play in. The parking is very convenient and easily accessible. The apartment has the best pillows I've ever had for a vacation rental. Hot showers and has all the amenties needed to cook.

This is the place you must stay! Exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. This apartment is so well stocked with every utensil and accessory you might need. Also the beautiful plates and other dishes for our use were such a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. The decor was lovely. The owner has an apartment on the first floor and is so responsive, warm, and friendly. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

This property was ideally located across from a large park and just a few minutes walk to the town’s historic center. It was well represented by the online pictures. We enjoyed relaxing there (and appreciated the laundry facilities) after a day out exploring Colmar.

Lovely & convenient apartment

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment. It is a 10-minute, flat walk from the train station through a lovely park! Our hostess was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and kitchen well-stocked. It was nice to do a load of laundry. The location is a short, easy walk into the Old town to explore the beautiful village! Thank you for a great stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Lovely French Styling. Big Wow Factor.

"Wow" is what we all said when we first entered the apartment. High ceilings, lovely classy styling and a very spacious feel. All with excellent walking proximity to old Colmar. This is one to remember. The owner provided excellent communication and instructions. We made use of the parking pass in the neighboring garage. Note to others: Keep the parking pass on your person after you park the car. Otherwise you'll have to figure out how to get into the garage using another entry point. A momentary bit of panic best avoided. :-) In summary, this place was outstanding.

We could not be more impressed with this wonderful property. It overlooks a wonderful park, the property manager is sweet and accommodating (she left an appointment to let us back into the apartment once we realized we left our passports there and had already turned in the keys), the decor is adorable, and the beds and couch are very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen and large dining room table for family games after dinner. The location is in perfect walking distance to anything in Colmar and access to the garage for parking made exploring the Alsace region by car extremely accessible. This was a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment by the park!

Very well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location. We loved the proximity to the most beautiful areas of Colmar (little Venice, cathedral, etc). Being situated right next to the park was perfect for our young child to play. The apartment is quite spacious and very tastefully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend!

Top Notch Place!

We travel a lot, and this place was fabulous. It was surprisingly large with wonderfully tall ceilings and windows. Also great sense of color and style. Well appointed in the kitchens and rooms. Sylviane, the owner, was so nice. Very quiet location and a very short walk to the center of town.

Amazing apartment. Huge rooms, very clean, expertly decorated and great location. The owners live above and were extremely hospitable. I only regret is that we didn't stay longer. If we ever return to Colmar we definitely hope to stay here again!

Just perfect

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It's the perfect combination of comfort and elegance. I really didn't want to leave. It was a pleasure to come back to after a long day of exploring Alsace (the location is ideal - right between train station and old Colmar). The hosts are lovely and even loaned us a fondue pot so that we could have our Christmas Day tradition. Would recommend over and over again.

Christmas market weekend

Wife and I stayed in Colmar for the weekend to visit the Christmas markets. The apartment’s location was perfect to walk everywhere and the available parking space for the car made parking hassle free. Our hosts were wonderful, responsive and provided lots of ideas on where to eat and activities we shouldn’t miss. I would recommend staying here and would do so myself again.

Home away from home

The apartment is in a great location facing the central park. Nice clean staircase leading up to the apartment with tastfeful decorations. The apartment has two nice spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. The living and dining space is great in the evenings. Useful and practical kitchen to prepare food. We loved to cook and dine there with the windows wide open. We even got to enjoy the lively music from the cafe in the park whilst we had our meal. The apartment had most of the usual amenities we were used to at home, so it made our stay at Colmar easy. Note that the front of the apartment receives a lot of sunshine in the afternoon, so it does soak up and retain the heat well. Fortunately, we were provided with three fans which helped to keep us cooler at night.

Beautiful Colmar

My husband and I spent three weeks in Colmar and visiting the many special villages. One of the perks is being near the train station and bus line which gave us access to anywhere. We wanted to go. The one thing to be mindful of is the apartment is right across the street from the park which often has loud bands in the evenings. Other than that our stay was amazing.
