Without going into the escalation of superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a quite exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut to more than a thousand years of European history. This is a very clean apartment. The owners even left us a lovely bottle of Cremant. We were able to hear toilet flushes from the neighboring apartments and could smell any food they prepared.Luckily the neighbors kept good hours and weren’t very loud

Appartement très bien placé
L'appartement est très proche du centre de Colmar. On peut facilement se garer dans le parking juste en face pour un prix très raisonnable. Le logement est spacieux et la climatisation est très appréciable. Les enfants ont adoré la chambre avec jouets et bibliothèque.
Nous avons été déçu de l'état général de l'appartement qui parait impeccable sur les photos. Tout est globalement dans un état d'usage correct mais pas aussi propre que dans l'annonce. Il serait bienvenu de nettoyer les traces sur les murs, traiter le problème de remontée d'odeurs de canalisation dans la salle de bain, et d'investir dans une nouvelle table pour la cuisine.
