It was awesome. Well stocked, with everything we needed. Also in a great location, close to everything but felt like we were the only people in the world. I can't speak for all the beds because I only slept on one, but the bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend you do too.

Great place to stay! We had four couples; each had their own room. Lots of space to be together; large kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed swimming in the amazing clear water, caught fish off the dock, the paddle boards and kayaks were fun as well. Easy to access and put away. Plenty of parking for four vehicles and two boats. Loved the private location!

Great house overall, really can't think of any complaints regarding layout, amenities, comfort, anything. Which is always what you hope for as "best case" when you book for a location. And what a location it is! We spent hours in the lake floating, snorkelling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The bonfire pit overlooks the lake where we could hear loons calling, so cool! We are at Otis' nearby on Sugar Lake, and I have to say, it didn't seem nearly as blue as the mine pit did, so I'm very glad we ended up staying here. Host was responsive and easy to work with. We're thinking of making this a yearly trip!

Beautiful location

We wanted a place that we could swim in clean water with some privacy. The beach area was fantastic - the water is extremely deep and blue. The property was clean and Grand Rapids is close enough to get groceries or explore. We visited the forest museum ands few local restaurants.Breanna was fast to respond to any questions, The kids liked the friendly chipmunk on the beach. Would recommend to anyone!

Weekend visit with family

This was a wonderful property! The location was remote and peaceful, yet conveniently close to Grand Rapids for golf and hiking. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation. Plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors. We will definitely return!

Fun Family Get Away

All my siblings came from various parts of the state and other states for my Mom's Birthday. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed to cook. Easy to get large family around table. Price was grea. Host very friendly and easy to work with. Super helpful. We hope to be back agai . worwith. t. This was a great place for is. Lots of rooms

This is our second time staying here as a group of 10 and it works great. We curled and it wasn't far from the curling center and everything was as listed and perfect for our group

Perfect Basecamp for Girls Weekend

Stayed here with a couple of friends. We loved the location and how spacious the house was. Already planning on a summer return trip to utilizes more of the seasonal amenities.

Quiet getaway close to Grand Rapids

Simple Serenity

The property, the lake and the house are simply perfect if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to unwind. We had a great weekend. Breanna has the house fully stocked for cooking. Every utensil we needed was available including an Insta pot for rice. Good morning by the lake and the evenings at the fire pit could not have been better. This place is a hidden jam. We definitely will be back.

Our favorite!

This is our 2nd time here, we plan on making this a yearly trip. We love this place! The Tioga Mine Pit water is SO clear and perfect for swimming. We spent most of our time hanging out on the beach and dock. The house is big and spread out and updated and decorated so nicely and it’s CLEAN! Great fire pit area too, we had a lot of quality family time to end our summer. Thanks Bree for great communication and keeping the house so nice, we will be back!

Great experience

The house had everything we needed. My teens loved having the downstairs sleeping and game area where they could stay up and sleep in late without old people interfering. The lake was beautiful and we loved how quiet it was. We were glad to have come in August, I think it might be chilly earlier in the year but it was absolutely perfect for swimming. The host was super responsive to questions.

Scenic lake

The view of the lake was beautiful. The water was very clear and refreshing to swim in. There was enough space for 7 people comfortably in the house. The bike trails are close by and are a blast to ride.

Girls' weekend

The house was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful lake view, but disappointed that there was no easy access to the lakeshore. Property management was very prompt to respond to a minor issue. Overall one of our favorite rentals in 15 plus years.

Time on the lake

The property was clean inside and out. We had to extend our stay several nights and having a fully stocked kitchen with multiple types of coffee makers made it extra comfortable. Our host was always available to answer any questions and even provided firewood for the custom fire pit outside.

Great place in Grand Rapids area

Came to Grand Rapids to curl for the weekend. The home and location were perfect. The host was able to respond quickly and everything was as advertised. Beautiful property and plenty of space! Thank you!
