From the minute I walked in the room I questioned if I wanted to stay here. The front desk person hated her job and being there as she was very vocal about it. The pool, hot tub, ice machine were all not working. A sign stated the only continental not hot breakfast was being served. There was a fridge in the middle of the hall with writing all over it. Once in the room there was a hole in the wall. Mold on in the shower and the faucet dripped so loud I had to shut the door. A closet was blocking the door that once was to an adjoining room. Definitely will not be staying here again

Staff were great ! And also deeply sympathetic to the fact that this location is fairly run down, with broken ice machine, broken pool and hottub, no real breakfast options. Lots of stains on the carpets, run down overall, clogged sinks, scratchy towels….

Avoid this hotel.

Hotel was dirty and not well maintained. Pool was not working. Has not been for a while based upon the signs. Ice machine was not working. The tv in our room didn’t work. Air conditioner made the room smell moldy. Everything was well worn and not clean.

Musty room

Bed was ok but both the mattress pad and fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. We were up twice during night as we were wrapped up in both. The 2nd bed looked as if those sheets did not fit well either( we didn’t sleep in it). The room was musty so we opened the window for fresh air. No hot tub or hot breakfast Not a deal breaker. Nice staff. Basically a hotel room. Cheaper than many in town.

I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I book this hotel or I would not have booked it. The pool and hot tub are not working, the ice machines are not working, they no longer serve hot breakfast. On the morning of breakfast, we had to find a staff member to open up the door, nothing was turned on or ready. The coffee and hot water was 1 to 2 days old. Our room had no toilet paper, the security lock was broken, and I had a dirty pillow, obviously not a lot of care is put into cleanliness.

1. Generally run down 2. Pool closed (doesn’t look to be opening any time soon) 3. Staff was decently friendly 4. Carpet in room had gooey looking stains 5. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work and not properly attached to the wall 6. Mattress placed on top of old, fraying, exposed box spring (no bedding covering it). 7. There was some kind of loud chirping insect in the room (cricket?) that began at lights out. I know times are tough but this place needs a complete remodel or they need to decrease their price to stay. The overall rating of “8” is pretty misleading.

Check-in not friendly at all. Pool & hot tub closed for “maintenance” but it seems like it’s been that way for a long time. No ice machines Hallways were dirty & filled with bedding when we arrived. The room smelled bad, was not clean nor maintained. Hair on the bathroom floor, cracked window, tv didn’t work, shower curtain was barely hanging on. Stay elsewhere
