Excellent location, walking distance to several amenities. Great space for large groups, especially if it’s couples.The only negative which isn’t really a negative just a bit of an inconvenience was the check in info listed a Keurig and to bring pods. Upon arrival we found out it was a traditional coffee maker and we all brought pods. Listing has been corrected.

Very cute area of coeur d’Alene. We had 12 adults and had enough space for everyone. The couple in the basement bedroom did say it was extremely noisy when people were using the upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night. Since we’re all older, that was quite often. The outside picnic area was beautiful and a great spot to enjoy our dinners. Front sitting porch was nice too when you need a little peace and quiet. Having access to the garage was nice. We had a large truck with bikes and it easy fit in this deep garage.

Check in process and communication was excellent. We even got to check in early. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful home. I do have to mention a couple of minor things. First the house temp was cold and there wasn’t a way to adjust the temp. I believe they were Google nest which we could not adjust. . Also they said there was a kuerig which there wasn’t. There was a coffee pot but it didn’t work. The host was very responsive and we were brought a replacement. However the water tank was filthy. I would rent again as the place was so nice. But these couple things should be addressed.

Great house for a larger group

We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. We love to play games and they had a large table for all of us to play at. The location is great, close to the lake.

Lovely home, perfect setup for a large group

We had a large group of 10 with pets and were very pleased to find this beautiful home that accommodated us all so well. It has two comfy living areas, and a lovely back patio area that caught the late afternoon sun which felt perfect. It was a very easy walk to downtown, which we did every day of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. Our group would highly recommend this location!

Great place for big families or multiple couples

Perfect place for Ironman, great location for bikers. We parked our car and didn’t use again til we left. The kids were cliff jumping off Tubbs, swimming, playing pickle ball or shopping. A taste of Coeur D’alene and art on the green is one of best weekends to go. For little kids there are amazing playgrounds everywhere!

Home Away From Home

This property was large enough to fit my entire family! There were several areas in and around the home large enough for our party of 10 to gather. The neighborhood and front porch space added to the “hometown” feel we were all looking for while visiting the town we grew up in.

Sibling Retreat

Family friendly home

Loved all the king bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving. The couch reclines for everyone and a great space to watch games on TV. Great neighborhood and a short walk to the lake. The host ensured we had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal.

Great place to stay if you're looking for 6 bedrooms.

This is a new property, and the owners have done a great job making it comfortable. Everything we needed was at the house. King beds in every room and plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this property.

Great family home

We stayed with 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3-7 years old for 5 nights. The house is well set up and worked great for everyone. When poor air quality moved in from nearby wildfires, we asked for a new higher quality air filter and it was replaced same day which really helped us stay comfortable while stuck indoors.

Beautiful & Clean

Big Kitchen was so great with a big group! Lots of space for big kids & little kids. King size beds were so comfortable, a welcome sight after a big day of playing. Great location, quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Great First Visit to CDA

This house in CDA worked great for our family of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 80 years old. Kitchen was great for us since we cook a lot -- spacious and well equipped. Our only wish would have been for a little more space in the living and dining area on the main floor, but there is a large living area downstairs.

Perfect Setup for a Large Group

Our group, 9 adults, were in town for the 4th of July week to play some golf and visit friends and this house worked out perfectly. Since all the rooms had king beds it was very easy to sort out who got which room. The proximity to the golf course was perfect, obviously, and it was still only a short uber into downtown. Everyone agreed that we would definitely come back.
