- An open irrigation ditch runs adjacent to the property and is off-limits for children
- Wildlife sightings are common: deer, ducks, geese, pheasants, and more
- Pergola, fire pit, and landscaping are all under construction and should be complete mid-summer 2025

While the cabin shares a larger property with one neighboring rental, your Grand Pergola, grill, and outdoor spaces are fully exclusive to your booking. Please note that the decks of both cabins are visible to one another — these outdoor areas are designed for gathering, not full seclusion.

Sleeping Layout Notes:
Two ottoman beds in the great room are ideal for children but may not be comfortable for adults. Parents assume all risk and discretion when assigning sleeping arrangements.
