We had an excellent stay at Pelican Cove in Cocoa Beach from May 2 to May 4. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.Our family felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The space was welcoming and worked great for both the kids and adults. It really made for a relaxing getaway.The host was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy for us, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and stress free beach stay.

Spacious, clean , and great location. The house is a walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. There are plenty of utensils, dishes, cups , kitchen tools. Plastic plates and cups are a plus for children. My kids love the bunk beds , playroom and toys. Endless entertainment in the house. Extra towels, pillows and blanket are nice. Great house for a big family. Will stay over again !

Hailey was wonderful! Check in was a breeze and a little hiccup with the keypad was resolved within minutes!The home is beautiful and so spacious! It was fully stocked with all we needed. Towels for days!!It's two blocks from the dog friendly beach. I was able to walk my pups on the beach and watch the sunrise every morning we were there. Also a fifteen minute walk to Coconuts on the beach and lots of other fun places to go for dinner and/or drinks.Need a place for a group of 8? Stay there! We all loved it!

Great property! Walking distance to beach. The house had toys, high chair and pack and play for an infant. We loved the family room and side room with the couch. They were close together but each had its own tv. We could have Mickey’s Clubhouse playing on one and something else on the other. It’s really a great house for multiple ages and families!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and spacious for our group who was there the night before a cruise. The home was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfy. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and we could walk to the downtown area for ice cream, coffee, restaurants and shopping. A couple things to note is that the one bedroom next to the garage got really hot at night, but my daughter just opened the door up and was comfortable. Also, the road out front can be busy at times but didn’t bother us. Overall I highly recommend!
