My wife and I had a great trip to Cocoa Beach, and the accommodations contributed to this great experiece. The condo was as shown on the listing. My wife noted it's cleanliness when we arrived. The master bedroom was very nice with a king size bed - although we prefer a queen. The mattress was great as were the pillows. We opted to use the guest bathroom for our showers bc it was a walk-in shower. The master bath had a tub shower combo. We sat out on the patio in the morning, but the afternoon and evening sun made it too hot to spend much time there after the sun moved to this side of the building. The pool area had nice chairs and loungers for everyone at the pool. There were places to sun yourself, but they have also created a covered area, too. We didn't use the grills, but they were available. The beach was very nice with a direct access from the condo. We liked that we could walk to several eateries, ice cream shops, shopping and coffee shops. (Dunkin Donuts) Zareh was quick to respond to questions we had, even those addressed in welcoming emails .. sorry we didn't look more closely at some of the details.The only negative comment is that the TV in the master bedroom was connected to a cable service so we could watch major networks while in the bedroom. The TV in the living room did not have this capability. It was fine since we used our Netflix account to watch movies at night. We would definitely stay again!
