Location was excellent. Short walk to beach and only 5 mins to the coco beach pier. Unit was fully stocked and very clean. A few upgrades needed but overall had no complaints and would stay again.

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5! The beach out our back door was perfect and all the provided beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards) were such a fantastic bonus that made this experience special. The wide open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, game shelf, and responsive hosts made this one of our favorite and most thoughtful VRBO stays to date! We hope to be back!

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

We stayed here after a cruise and loved the location! The property was very clean. The Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, access to beach was perfect, and the pool was beautiful!A very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Quick two night stay before cruise

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend two nights before our cruise. The kids had their own bathroom/tub and beds in their own bedroom. Perfect for better sleep. The whole house was clean as a whistle. They had multiple fans, anything you would need for the pool and beach. We clould do laundry right in the room, and did!They even had board games which we used. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the property was. We will stay here again before a cruise. its also close to so many restaurants and a quick walk to the beach.

Great Beach Location/Pool Access

The location of this property was amazing! Very close to the pier (walking distance) and a short drive to the shops. The pool was amazing and it was a very short walk to the beach! There were cleanliness issues that will hopefully be addressed for future guests, I do feel it's important to make note that this was not the cleanest property upon arrival. We let the staff know and they assured us it would be addressed with the cleaning staff and they made it right on the end. The communication between host and us was excellent, they did offer to have the cleaning staff come out for a deep clean but we were only there for 2 nights so we opted not to do so but wanted to be sure it's done prior to the next guests.

Nice property on the beach

The property was easy to find, park, and enter. The condo was clean and as expected. Nice beach access and close to pool which was pretty nice and heated. Only complaint is that the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable with a significant hump and dip in the mattress on both sides; it needs to be replaced.

Perfect spot with everything you need

I was really impressed with this location and the property. Beds were comfortable, we had all the beach items we needed then some. The pier was within walking distance and we were able to watch a rocket launch. pool was perfect temperature. Stores were close and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Quip trip to Space Coast

My family of 4 stayed here for a quick weekend trip to the Kennedy Space Center. The space was very clean, and the location was great - convenient for KSC, right next to the beach, the pier and restaurants. The availability of early check in and late check out were also a big plus, would definitely recommend staying here in the future
