Excellent stay! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay another couple days. Clean, perfect location, full kitchen, beach chairs and towels. The patio and outdoor areas were absolutely perfect for morning coffee. We also had 3 kids with us, and they had the best time. Will be back… for a longer stay. Thank you!

Immaculate. Supplied with every possible thing you need to be comfortable in the unit as well as at the beach. Convenient location, 100 steps onto the beach from the back building. Excellent prompt communication with the owner. Loved our stay!!! Thank you!!!

The cottage was great. It had everything we needed and I was impressed by the amount of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas available. It was clean and they communicated with us very well.

A good family stay

There are three buildings, cottages 1-4 is closest to the road, cottages 5-6 are in the middle, cottage 7 is along the beach. We stayed in cottage 6 which is accessed up a flight of stairs to its balcony. The suite had a nice living room with a tv, kitchen with a stove and dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor was nice and the unit well-maintained.

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

The location is incredible. We had a two bedroom which had a large living area, a nice bathroom and a large kitchen. We were only there for one night so we did not use many of the amenities, but I loved the fact that I could walk directly to the beach and enjoy a morning walk.

Some discomforts but has potential

Cons first. There is a spotlight on the balcony of the bedroom that is brighter than the sun and illuminates the entire room all night even with the shades closed. The beds and pillows were so soft and not supportive. The hvac is extremely loud and woke us up all through the night everytine it kicked on. Pros, great location with wonderful beach access, clean and cute. Friendly staff. Definitely has potential. I would stay here again as long as I pack an eye mask.

Cute decorated cottage that was close to a beautiful beach we enjoyed and had a nice deck complete with deck choirs. The cottage was located fairly close to the pier which we drove to for dinner. The cottage is too small for two adults and a 17 year old, We had no room to put our suitcases as we were on a 12 day vacation. The AC works but it is incredibly loud and blows the cold air right into the bed and into the bathroom which was freezing. We were so cold we turned the air off to warm up then realized everything in the bathroom got wet. There were no hand towels in the bathroom which was annoying just washcloths and bath towels. The sink in the bathroom stopped draining the second day. I liked the idea of the barn door but it did not stay closed and kept sliding open. The bed in the bedroom is a lovely bed frame but too large in size for this room, my husband and I are not large people and it was difficult to walk around the bed. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced asap, we kept rolling to the middle all night ending up in a hole. I feel this cottage was not as advertised on Expedia and we should have gotten a hotel room and would have paid less.

Our little family of four has now stayed here twice, and LOVE this cozy place! Not only is the cottage itself adorable and easily accessible, the private beach is close by and absolutely beautiful!
