We love it here

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Very clean and quiet. We like the fact that you can walk to the beach and restaurants and shops if you don't feel like driving. The host are great with communication. We will definitely be back the place is really cute.

nice cottage with great location

very recently renovated and updated, super super clean and efficient property. Tons of places to walk and shop within just a couple of blocks as well as steps to the beach. Very dog friendly property, nice gated patio/yard with large green space.

Wonderful Once Again!

Amazing stay once again! Accommodations are wonderful! Love the cottage! We plan one coming back again and again! So convenient, so close to walk to beach, and restaurants! We once again had the chance to see a shuttle takeoff from our beach chairs!!

Charming beach cottage

Loved this property! Very charming cottage with nice outdoor space. Tastefully decorated with everything you need! Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars and a very short strollTo the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in yard.

Heart of Cocoa Beach

Very nice. Great location. In the heart of Cocoa Beach. Near the beach and lots of different restaurants. Had a very enjoyable time. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard also.

Stellar Birthday Trip

Catherine & Todd not only have wonderful accommodations, but they are kind and very responsive. They made our first trip to Cocoa Beach a memorable experience. Our Ella doggie loved that she had a nice fenced yard to play on vacation.

Awesome spot to stay close to the Beach!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay on 12/27-12/30/2023. Everything was communicated about the property well beforehand, but Catherine did a great job with messaging to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The property is well thought out and there was plenty of space for our family, and the tile throughout made it perfect for if you are bringing a pet. The short block we had to walk to the beach was very convenient and the view we had for 2 shuttle launches was amazing! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to the Cocoa Beach area!!
