"shallow warm mineral pools are perfect for families with kids! could vacation here year round even if weather is poor would be fun for kids in the warm pools. the retro camper king room with convertible bed is nice for the space and semi separation (no door but feels like a separate space). but the bed is really uncomfortable. worse than regular sleeper sofa, would only recommend as last resort if you actually need to use it as a bed. restaurant and pool was service was hit or miss. they either need to allow byob at the pool or really up their service game. a lot of potential to make this a true 4 star hotel experience but in my opinion def more like 3 or 3.5 star. for what it’s worth, we would definitely return, but it’s just very expensive for the product and service you receive but this market has high demand so this is the result."
