Welcome to The Element, a luxurious, 2-story house located in the heart of Coachella. This stunning 7-bedroom home includes 11 beds, 4 bathrooms, and an incredible backyard perfect for large groups of up to 18 +people. The backyard includes the valley’s first ever foot pool court, pickleball, a resort style pool, and so much more.
BACKYARD
This resort style backyard is the perfect place to host your desert vacation. The following amenities will make it hard to leave:
- Resort-style pool complete with a baha ledge, swim-up bar, waterfalls, and spa
- Pickle ball court
- Foot pool court: similar to pool, you drive balls into the pockets using the cue ball. But instead of using a cue stick, you kick it. The first ever in the Coachella Valley!
- Outdoor fireplace with custom built in seating
- Outdoor dining experience
- BBQ and bar
- IG worthy outdoor swing
- Color changing lights
DOWNSTAIRS
The first floor of the home has an open concept living room and kitchen perfect for hosting groups. This floor also includes one full bathroom and two bedrooms, see below for the breakdown.

The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
Please note, while the house is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is known for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry a lot of sand that may collect on outdoor furniture overnight.
