This modern two-story home features spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 20 guests.

*Gardener: Wednesday

*Pool Cleaner: Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

*Pool heating: There is a $150/daily fee for pool heating with a 2-night minimum.
The spa is free. The pool heating takes several hours, so please give the host 48 hours' notice to ensure the pool is heated upon arrival.

*We have a Ring Doorbell next to the front door.
We have one security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one on the side of the house facing the side gate, and one in the corner of the backyard.
The Cameras are always ON and recording for security and liability purposes.

Max guest count: 20 guests during the day and night (20 guests - 16 adults max).

Before you leave:
We kindly ask that you leave the house in reasonable condition.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND

If possible, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could:
• Gather all towels and place them in one spot.
• Run the dishwasher
