The staff at the registration desk were outstanding!! Friendly and helpful. As was Roger, the bellman. The other staff we encountered [lounge attendant, and event staff we saw in the halls] were not friendly. THey gave the impression that I was invisible, even when they needed to move out of the hallway for me to pass. We took advantage of the complimentary drink and had to have someone hunt down a person to help us. She was borderline rude and not engaged in any customer service. Fortunately, the check-in staff and Roger made up for the attitudes of others. Such a shame as this is a nice place, lots of character and history, and close to so many great things in University Circle.
