"I travel frequently for business and can afford to spend $150–$200 a night when necessary. But when I’m traveling alone, I prefer to find places that are clean, comfortable, locally owned, and reasonably priced. As a business owner, I look at it this way: every dollar I save on unnecessary travel expenses ultimately adds to the company’s profit at the end of the year. This place fits the bill perfectly. The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled, everything was clean and well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. For the price, I think it offers excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. I fully recommend it."

Cozy cabin and TUBING! Swim, Horses, hiking, lake-3 mi from Helen! Relax!

"The Rooster Inn Cabin was cozy and very well appointed. It provided everything we needed and more! It was quiet during the time we stayed 8/20-23/26, even though the cabins/RVs are super close together. The lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool after our 9 mi hike at Smithgall Woods State Park. The location was ideal for visiting Helen, many wineries, hiking, water falls and restaurants. We highly recommend Ol’ Clyde in Cleveland. It was the best burger I’ve had in years!! The resort itself needs some updating and maintenance, but the cabin was excellent."
