Bird feeders attract various species of birds. Fish right off the private dock and park your boat and other water toys on the water or in the spacious driveway. We had a great stay! The house is in a very peaceful area and was clean with plenty of space to relax. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.One of our favorite parts was enjoying the fire pit in the covered area at night it made for a really cozy atmosphere. We also had fun fishing right from the lower patio and caught (and released) two smallmouth bass, one largemouth bass, and a few crappies.The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and having a pool table was a nice bonus for downtime indoors. Overall, the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely book again!

The place is very nice . Very spacious . My daughters loved to laying pool and fishing . The bite was rough because of the heat but was still fun. Definitely have to prep for the rice flies. If you don’t take measures it can get bad .

The house is easy to find, very clean, updated, and right on the water. The kayaks and pedal boat were a big hit for our family! We loved the pool table too! It easily slept 6 people and was great to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was updated. The downside was the kitchen pots and pans. A few were in good shape. Makes me frustrated when guests do not use the pots and pans correctly and they get so run down.

AMAZING VACATION HOME

Beautiful home on one of the best areas of Clearlake. Extremely clean home with lots of amenities. Very well stocked and everything worked just as described. My family had the most amazing vacation. Beautiful lake views from Master, kitchen & living room. Excellent and quick communication. Comfortable deck, games & paddle boat were a hit for all. Nice dock for a boat and one of the best areas on Clearlake for fishing! We enjoyed BBQ'ing, a peaceful walk in the neighborhood and cooking in a well set up kichen. Pictures very accurate. My 5 year old granddaughter cried when we had to leave. We hope to rent again, possibly annual trip. Thank you SO very much for your hospitality and sharing your home with us.

Best rental

This place looks just like the photos. Everything was clean. We had one hiccup and the owner was quick to respond and help. We brought our two pups which was a little challenging with no grass but we took a walk or there is also a patch of dirt on the side and the dogs quickly adapted. BBQ worked great, fully supplied kitchen. The pool table and WII were a hit for our tweens after fishing all day. Look forward to coming again next year.

Amazing Lake House

Our family had an absolute amazing stay at this lake house. Love that we could keep our boat in the water the whole weekend. Even though the weather was not great for our spring break trip.. I am happy we were able to stay in and enjoy this very cozy home when the weather was not in our favor. There is a pool table and WII for the kids to play with and a ton of outdoor space.. loved the fire pits and I can only imagine visiting in the warmer months. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Birthday weekend

We had the best weekend having a birthday celebration! We spent most of the time at the house on the water! We fished from the dock every night and caught a couple of catfish! We had dinners out on the patio and used the gas fire pit! We played lots of pool! We paddle boarded! This VRBO has it all! It was clean, had all the kitchen essentials! We absolutely loved this place and are already planning our next trip! The host was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

We loved this house! The space was perfect for 2 couples and my 3 kids (17-21 years old). The furnishings and decor were gorgeous, modern, and on theme for a Lake House. We had a blast playing pool, wii, cornhole, kayaking, and peddling out on the pedal boat to see the sunset. The beds were super comfy and communication with the host was very easy, all of her recommendations were spot on! 5 stars across the board - highly recommend!

Perfect for a family

This property is set up for young and old alike. Electronic games for the kids, water sports equipment such as paddle boat and kayaks, everything you need for a great vacation already on site. Kitchen is very well equipped. Back deck and patio perfect for relaxation.

Clean house, sheets, towels. My only complaint is, the couch is way too soft & makes it hard to get up from it. I’m not sure but it seemed like it was made of feathers, which I started to have a bit of an allergic reaction. The neighborhood is old & somewhat rundown. It appeared to be low-income town. However, driving around the whole lake & there’s nice little towns.

The house is just as advertised. It was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. Backyard patios are fantastic with lots of choices where to hang out. Nice dock to fish from. The pedal boat was heavy to flip so we did not use and we didn't want to bother host on Thanksgiving Day . A younger group would be able to flip with no problem. Delightful accommodation!

My family of four came to Clearlake to attend a wedding. This lovely house was perfect for us. It was serene and quiet with lovely views. Our son enjoyed kayaking. The house was equipped with 2 Kayaks as well as a pool table in the main room. The house is well maintained, very clean and nice furnishing. Enjoyed delicious breakfast at Mike’s in Lucerne. Wonderful home

Our family love the home, it had everything we needed and more. Our teens really enjoyed playing on the wii and the pool table. Having the use of kayaks and the paddle boat was the highlight of our trip! We will be back next year.

Family vacation

Overall this property was great! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was great! Wish the thermostat had been on longer prior to arrival the house took a long time to cool down. But the deck was awesome and we loved using the paddle boat. There are definitely a lot of bugs as was warmed in the description. But we thoroughly enjoyed the home and would definitely come back!
