Welcome to your perfect escape! This 3-bedroom home sits right on the water, offering breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s the ideal place to relax and recharge.
The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, and high-speed internet—perfect for movie nights or remote work. Gather around the dining table that seats six, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee at the cozy café table, all while soaking in the beautiful water view.
Step out onto the newly renovated enclosed porch/sunroom where there’s plenty of comfortable seating while you can catch sight of eagles, hawks, deer, fox & more. Or just unwind in the hammock with a good book. Move on outside to the deck or down to the yard and onto the dock.
Inside, each bedroom has comfortable beds, plush pillows, and fresh linens. You’ll also find dressers, luggage stands, and power strips in every room for added convenience. The primary bedroom includes its own smart TV. Bunk bedroom has TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs to choose from.
This home is thoughtfully stocked with extras to make your stay easy and fun: life jackets, beach chairs, coolers, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—coffee makers, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, full-size oven and refrigerator, egg cooker, blender, and even a waffle maker!

Large 20x16 dock with special decking that does not get hot, boat cleats and rub rail. End of dock is approx. 4-7 feet deep, with a ladder on the end of the dock. Edge of the lake at land has a safe, gradual walk-in.

Our stay at this lakefront cabin on Kerr Lake was an absolute dream! From the moment we pulled up, we were charmed by how well-maintained and quaint everything was. The cabin itself was so charming and sweet, immediately feeling like a cozy home away from home.The best part, of course, was the lakefront access and the fantastic dock. My family spent countless hours playing, swimming, and just soaking in the peaceful views. And the big yard was a huge hit with the kids, offering so much space to run around and play. It was clear that the owners put a lot of love and effort into taking care of the property.This cabin truly is a family-friendly gem. We made so many wonderful memories, and it was a joy to stay at a place where we could relax completely, knowing everything was so well taken care of. We're already trying to plan when we can come back! 10/10 experience start to finish!
