Clean but lacking.
"The room was clean but not ready when I arrived at around 4pm. I had to wait 20 minutes. The manager was very polite and offered suggestions as to what to do while I waited. The hallways were a bit stale smelling but the room was totally clean. No restaurant meant I had to drive for breakfast."

"The service was not what I have experienced in earlier stays. They, somehow, had no knowledge of my Expedia booking for the two rooms but were able to accommodate me.
