Room was lovely, spacious, newly renovated, with comfy beds and beautiful view over the lake. Staff at the country club were wonderful too. We appreciated the welcome pack as well! Clare country club thought of everything we might need, look forward to staying again!

A great place to stay

The room allocated to us was upstairs, but we were kindly moved to a ground floor room due to a recent knee replacement. The room was clean with a lovely view of the local wildlife in the mornings. The bed was really comfortable and there was a table & chairs for 2.

Great stay

Great sized rooms with updated bathrooms. Fantastic, convenient location for the main area of Clare and a short drive to many of the wineries. Although we didn’t use the golf course, it looks beautiful and will be back in better weather to try it. Breakfast was very basic buffet. Probably would opt no breakfast next time and venture out to a cafe instead
