Pros: well located from the marina, local beach and mini markets. Pleasant view from the bedroom balcony across rooftops to the sea. Spacious well appointed bathrooms with good pressure showers and plenty of hot water.Cons: Described as having air con in all bedrooms and lounge diner. Only 3 air con units: upstairs bedrooms and the lounge. None in the downstairs bedroom only an ineffective fan. Very poorly maintained property. Door handles fell off, kitchen cupboards battered and drawers all twisted. No mugs for teas and coffee only teacups. We had to buy a set. Insufficient plates for adult groups of 6. Only small drinking glasses: we had to buy a set of 6. Constantly having to wash up to get through the day. Only frying pans and 2 pans to cook with. No oven proof dishes or baking sheets. No oven gloves. As seasoned villa renters this was by far the most ill equipped villa we have ever stayed in. No washing up liquid, salt, pepper, cling film, tinfoil or even cleaning spray. Not even a basic starter pack. Wasted a lot of on buying essentials that no doubt the cleaners then enjoyed when we left!!No mirror in bedrooms Pool in shade most of the day from overhanging trees. Pigeons had a lovely time swooping down from their homes in the trees to bathe, drink and poop in the pool!! None of our party used the pool due to the obvious health risk. Sun on the sun terrace only 10 am to 4pm each day due to trees. Paid way over the odds for a villa that it did not deliver.
