Access from two streets, from Carrer de S espigol and from Carrer des Pins. A few metres away are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and the sandy beach of Cala Blanca with its sunsets.
The house has a tourist licence for 4 people and consists of 150m2 of construction.
Its exterior consists of a private pool with an outdoor shower with a built-in barbecue and a lovely covered terrace with comfortable sofas to spend pleasant summer evenings.
Its interior on the ground floor consists of a living room with Smart TV, free wifi and comfortable sofas.
Well-equipped open kitchen with dining room with table and chairs. The kitchen includes microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, fire blanket and all necessary kitchenware.
Courtesy toilet, garage with washing machine, electric water heater (iron and ironing board), fire extinguisher.
