We checked in about 15 minutes early, room wasn’t ready yet, but they gave us a couple drink vouchers for the bar and held our bags at the desk. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and we were happy to check it out. Our room also had a wonderful balcony with an amazing view, definitely recommend this hotel and will book there again

The toilet did not flush and the phone didn't work. Using my cellphone, I called the front desk to inform them of the issues. I was told would come right up. My wife and I left. When we returned the toilet was fixed but the phone mever was.

Nice but....

Nice hotel. Rooftop bar is nice with great views of Cincinnati skyline. Having to pay 45.00 a night for valet parking is not ideal when you consider coat per night of rooms. Just across street from Great Amwrican Ballpark so it is very convenient if you are going to a reds game. Hotel.needs to have room service as wwll aa have kitchen in rooftop bar area stay open later.

Good, but...

Hotel istself, including our room was nice and the staff was great. Would not recommend staying on the side that faces the stadium. There is a large video board that runs ads 24/7 and reflects bright LED lights off the stadium and into your room all night long. Even closing the curtains, there was still bright light shining around the edges into our room. We will happily stay here again, as long as our room does not fave the stadium. Also, quite noisy outside until about 3am. Manageable, but prefer away from the street room.

We love staying at AC. It is an annual tradition over Labor Day weekend to go the Reds’ games and watch the fireworks. So many great things to do. Staff is always helpful!
