Beautiful 3 story home. Heated pool and hot tub. Sand volleyball court! Quiet peaceful place, just off the highway, centrally located between San Antonio and Austin. You will enjoy this big open area spacious piece of property. Country style living inside the city limits. 6acres!

This property is centrally located in schertz, Tx. 12 minutes to New Braunfels, 35 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to downtown San Antonio. 3 minutes to H‑E‑B or Walmart. Close to Evo and Santikos and several restaurants.

If you want the pool heated it will be an extra $500 It takes a full 24 hours to heat the pool. There is a remote to heat the hot tub. That is free of charge.
If you plan an event here. We do have 5, 6ft round tables and 30 chairs that are available for rent. You can have up to 100 guest. However there is only one outside restroom.
