The 2 women checking us in were phenomenal. Very polite and informative and efficient. We were hoping to drop our bags and walk around a bit until check-in. But instead we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, that was absolutely fantastic. We were able to take a short nap after being up for 22+ hours, and then go sightseeing and dinner. The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Can't wait till we come back. Loved the location.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive and you could tell they cared about their guests. The room I had was lovely and it’s in a convenient location. Very highly recommended

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely amenities, heated floors, heated towel rack, huge tub, turn down service. The restaurant was exceptional, pricey but worth the money. Breakfast offered an amazing selction of local and continental cuisne. Quiet location yet still walking distance to the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and Old Town. Lovely happy hour in the cozy lounge for socializing with other visitors, but the bar and lobby are small and not conducive to socializing.
