"Stay was great. But they have included the waterfall in the advertisement but the waterfall was not working. I have waited over 15 minutes. But otherwise, the stay was great. Staffs were professional. The food was very expensive."

"こんな所にホテルがあるの？という山の上に ホテルはあります。雲の上にいるみたいで、素敵なところです。行くまでの道が狭いので運転手を頼んで周辺に出かけるのが良い。また運転手を手配してくれます。ウェルカムドリンクのスパイスコーヒーは、飲んだだけで癒されます。毎日の朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしかった。朝のガイドつきの散歩、周辺の観光地について教えてもらった。ホテルの中のアクティビティも種類がたくさんあって良かった。スパには行かなかったけれどよさそうでした。ゆっくりしたかったので、いくつかを訪ねてみました。本当にゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。"
