The rail on the steps by the pool was wobbly the breakfast was absolutely horrible all they had was some cinnamon type waffles cereal limited fruit coffee and some juice no condiments to go with anything no jellies no nothing

Small town stay. Do expect perfection

This was a quick stay after a family gathering. It’s a small country town so I guess I couldn’t expect perfection. The walls need cleaning from where previous customers have splashed food/drinks etc on them. However, it was very peaceful on the grounds.

It took 10-15 minutes of mumbling and grumbling for the staff member at the desk to figure out how to get us checked in. Either this was her first shift, she was intoxicated, or both. The room’s ceiling was extremely moldy, and there were spots on the walls as well; the smell was difficult to deal with. Humidity level was high and everything felt wet to the touch. Sheets were clean, but again, everything felt wet.

Got charged with bogus fee of fifty bucks because i live in chiefland. Really dirty. Have pictures. Exposed drains. Bath tub filthy. Floor filthy. Broken ice machine. Made no provision for guests. Told to go down the road. Roaches and huge spider. Really run down. Pathetic owners.

The hotel was not very clean mold in bathrooms as no vent fan. On last day we witnessed roaches. So lots of work when we got home to make sure nothing came with us. I spoke to woman on checkout heard nothing back. We stayed last year and had no problems but they have gone down on cleaning and rooms since then. There is dirt and grime on wall baseboard. Mold on walls in bathroom. I did not get room we booked and looking at comments they must be used to same old reviews. I will book private home next time. It is a shame no real nice hotels in this town. It was a cool spot last year to look forward to. It is cheap so theres that but nothing really to upgrade to in area.

The location was perfect. There were multiple places to eat and if you needed something there was a Walmart just up the road. Now about the room... the blowdryer would not stay on, the rolling chair was broken as one side would go back so far that you would fall off of the chair, the phone did not work, and the top green comforter had burns in the material. Also, the shower head was extremely corroded with buildup from minerals in the water (maybe a little CLR and a small hand brush as my finger had cleaned some of the corrosion off) and maybe clean the baseboards once in a while.

It has a different pool then originally advertised, I should've had a sofa bed, but didn't, the light in my room didn't work, after asking repeatedly over the course of 5 hours, couldnt receive extra towels, their continental breakfast was super overrated, the sofa bed in my other parties room was filthy, with red stains, the TV was incredibly blurry. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
