The front desk clerk was very cheerful and even offered point of interest for photography in the area.The room was clean and the property was well kept. The hotel itself is fairly old and showing a lot of wear and tear. The beds were noisy and you could hear noises from adjacent rooms. The bathtub ledge had several burns where past renters had laid their cigarettes.
The property was old and outdated.toilet did not get cleaned. Sheets were at least clean and no sign if bed bugs on the absolutely disgusting matressed. So it served its purpose as a place to sleep closer to steinhatchee than melbourne.
“Hot” breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles and pop-tarts. That was it! No bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, eggs, yogurt, etc.
Hot tub is non functional. is boarded up actually. spoke to another quest who stated that it has been boarded up for over a year. hot tub shouldn't be listed in amenities. Black mold in shower area on wall. Freezer in Fridge was so iced up that nothing would fit in it.
Roach infested and our smoke free room smelt like cigarettes, definitely won’t be staying here again.
We reserved a king bed a week ahead, got a full bed. Said they were sold out so couldn't give us king bed. 😡 Get in our room and floor were sticky and moved dinner table some to sit and there was a chicken bone on floor. Looked pretty old. Told front desk but they didn't seem to care.
The room smelled musty and moldy as soon as we walked in. The bathroom was dirty, there was mold on the walls and ceiling.
I drove 300 miles only to find out that they cancelled my booking without giving me a notice. I ended up sleeping in my car because Orbitz could not find another hotel near by.
Our room smelled so bad! Smelled moldy. Had to switch rooms, other room was a little better but still smelled bad. Neighbors said they were burning a candle because theirs smelled as well. A friend was staying there and his room smelled also. The carpets need to me removed, they are old, so makes rooms smell bad I believe!

Difficult sleep. Late nite checkins noisy. Bed uncomfortable
The towels were awful. They were way past needing to be retired, and there were not enough of them or the wash cloths. We have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the past 13 years and it just seems to get worse. That may have been my last stay there.
Needs updating. Iron burn mark on carpet near bed. Older handicap shower chair discolored and well used. Overall, adequate.
Put in the back highway trucks running in parking lot till midnight.roomservice wakes u up at 8 am like it or not .
I did not spent a lot of time on the property I got there around 8 PM I left around 7 AM they’re only thing I can share with you is that the room had a musty smell the towels seem a little worn and the TV seemed outdated . Breakfast was good and I would give the property another chance.
