Difficult sleep. Late nite checkins noisy. Bed uncomfortable

The towels were awful. They were way past needing to be retired, and there were not enough of them or the wash cloths. We have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the past 13 years and it just seems to get worse. That may have been my last stay there.

Needs updating. Iron burn mark on carpet near bed. Older handicap shower chair discolored and well used. Overall, adequate.

Put in the back highway trucks running in parking lot till midnight.roomservice wakes u up at 8 am like it or not .

I did not spent a lot of time on the property I got there around 8 PM I left around 7 AM they’re only thing I can share with you is that the room had a musty smell the towels seem a little worn and the TV seemed outdated . Breakfast was good and I would give the property another chance.

Front desk staff was wonderful, and is about the only good thing I can say about this place.

This hotel is do-able only because of limited options nearby. Whirlpool heats up but no bubbles. Pool was maintained. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. Staff ranges from pleasant to downright rude. Did not clean the room, but gathered up all the towels/wash rags; had to complain to front desk to get ONE towel back. A/C had trouble cooling room.

Carpet filthy and bathroom floor sticky Make SURE you have Slippers!!!!

Room wasn't ready until after 4:00 PM & we had driven for 9 hours. Musty smell in the room, but it was clean. Mattresses need changing. Clerk was nice & understanding.

No hassel with Orbitz reservation and pre-pay. Clean room and lobby. Grounds and pool nice. Staff courteous.

Only had 3 towels for 4 people, had to ask for more. Moved rooms because air conditioner wasn't working. In second room, air stopped working after 2nd night. Coffee wasn't hot first morning. Didn't replenish breakfast when items ran out.

When I checked into the hotel the clerk didn't know how check me in or do anything else. When I finally got the hotel keys the keys wasn't programmed correctly, so I spent thirty minutes going back and forth to the front desk. When I finally gotten into the room, it smelled like old carpet and the room wasn't properly clean I can still see the ajax cleaning powder around the tub. At the end of my stay the clerk at the front desk didn't know how to check me out. There were no manager on staff at that time so she just let me leave without checking me out. They worst days inn I have stayed in and I would never stay here again.

When I walked room was nice and clean until I went to shower and found a roach running in tub. I took care of that and then when I pulled the cover back in bed and moved pillow there was one under the pillow. I don't like giving negative reviews. For the price motel is nice but needs to take of problem. The roaches are not the type that come in from outside. I live in Florida and know the difference

Price of hotel room is high compared to the value.

Nice pool, good breakfast. When I arrived to my room, the bed was not made and the tub had not been rinsed from squirting cleaner in it.

The girl at the front desk was as bumking as it get. I paid for this room online for my husband. When he went to check in the girl asked for a CC for incidentals. That was ok until she didn't return my husbands CC and insisted she didn't have it. As she is looking for it she finds someone elses on the copier! My husband calls me to tell me, I got on the phone with her and she again says she does not have it. I told her ok than I have to report it stolen. I hang up with her an a few min. later my husband lets me know she came to his room to return his cc to him! My husband had the pleasure of sleeping with a millipede on the ceiling of his room. It made for a nice Facebook post.

There isn't much to choose from in Chiefland. Although the rooms could have been a little cleaner, this hotel was decent enough and close to everything the town has to offer.

Well I reserved two non smoking rooms. When we checked in lady at desk said they were over booked. So we were given one smoking room when I had reserved two non smoking. My daughter who is handicapped and has asthma could not stay in non smoking room on second floor . Was disappointed because we would have gone back .
