Family get together for Thanksgiving holiday! I would describe this house rental as an stress-free experience that feels like a "home away from home". The host had clear communication, the house was equipped with all the necessary amenities needed to have a holiday away from home, clean, great layout for families, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood!

The property was great! We have been coming down for a couple years for an event in Chico and this year it was pretty warm (105) so it was nice to have all the amenities. The host was super helpful and got back to me in a reasonable time. Will try to book again for next year!

Great Place to Stay in Chico!
What a great home! We loved the backyard sitting area, the pool, hot tub and bbq so much fun! The inside of the home is spacious and very comfortable. The games/entertainment area was amazing - so nice! The home is in a great neighborhood - beautiful big tree and so quiet.
