The property, has a good location. Its intrrior decorum is minimalist and needs maintenance. Burnt out lightbulbs, dead batteries, dirty above the average eye line, cobwebs, dust andvcrime on all light fixtures and ledges. The mattress is brutal on the main bed. One bathroom on main floor, nothing where bedrooms are stairs, tiled and steep.

Ideal Old City guest house

The location is ideal for experiencing Chiang Mai's Old City temples and the famous Sunday Walking market. Plenty of restaurants and services nearby but no grocery, if you intend to prepare meals. It is a 2 story unit.

Wonderful Refuge in the Heart of it All

The apartment literally has everything that you need for a great stay. It is well appointed, and spacious, without having any wasted space. The front porch area is lovely, with nice flowers and plants, and it is on a very quiet street. Just ignore the rooster. He is part of the experience anyway. The washing machine works great, and our hosts had everything we needed supplied, all we had to do was show up, unpack, relax, and enjoy our time in Chiang Mai. Which we did, thoroughly. We will gladly return to this great place on our next trips.

Very nice house, perfect communication, quiet corner of the old city

We had a great time here. Perfect and fast communication with the owner; they provided a crib for our baby and were overall very helpful. Nice big spacious home right in the city centre, yet a quiet area. All windows with mosquito nets, very helpful ;) kitchen and washing machine
