Hospitality and respect for travellers. One thing that impresses me the most is that we left a tips for the cleaners in the room without mentioning anything. And the money remained there when we came back to the room. It turns out that the staff is so conscientious about travellersโ€™ property that they didnโ€™t even dare to take the tips. We then needed to leave the tips together with a thank you note. Really impressive!
