The are great but the WiFi didn’t work fo me and the rooms are basic but good. If you on a budget then it’s a great place to stay but felt remote and the area wasn’t very interesting. You’ll do a lot of walking here to reach points of interest. Perhaps it’s better in the high season.

Feels like a trendy location to explore the city from, nice places to eat but they a spread apart so you’ll need to do some walking. The area is not developed so you get a relaxed feel. Great place for the cost.

This hotel was pretty run down. The tv was so small. Ot was far to walk to the main area feom this hotel. It rained really hard and the rain came in the window and got all over the floor. There is no pool except the rainwater pool in the room. Inasked for an extra pillow and was told ,"We don'tdo that." It seems a very basic request for a hotel to be denied an extra pillow. Spend the extra xouple bucks and go somewhere better.

A little heaven for a small budget

Wonderful place for small budget! Not too far from MAYA (only 15 minutes by walking) and many small coffees, local restaurants and street bars where you can get nice dishes and beverages! Everytime I'm coming to Chiang Mai, I'm booking this place :)
