The location along the running creek was awesome. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Owners were super nice. Breakfast was enough to get us going but nothing hot which isn't a big deal since there was plenty of great restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Maggie Valley!

Thelma the manager at the front was so kind, even upgraded our room to a spacious 2nd floor unit overlooking the river. We love this place so much we booked an extra night! Thanks to Thelma at the front desk. The beds are also very comfy!

The staff were friendly and the room was honestly wonderful. The bed was perfect for me as well as the pillows. According to my Amazfit T-rex watch it was the best sleep I've had in 6 months. Clean rooms and an amazing view of the creek! Highly recommend choosing the Four Seasons whenever you can!

Overall great spot. Only thing that was difficult was getting the room dark enough at night. The lights on the balcony outside the front of the building never turned off, which made me have to pull out a sleep mask because the curtain wasn't good enough. Good breakfast, friendly staff, amazing creek in the back! Definitely a place where you'll want to sit on the back balcony for hours.

We checked in later in the day and felt like a bother and greeted with a rude comment about not smoking in the room or balcony, which with the number of signs all over the place already informed us of this. A little overkill but whatever. Had planned to stay another day but the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep and didn't feel welcomed there anyway. Room was ok, could use some updates. Creek was a nice feature
