Hotel location is alright, better if nearer to the Metro station. Most of the hotel service staff were experienced enough especially at the coffee house (Spice), namely Ruby and Chef Chris Yuan. Unfortunately, on checking out at the Executive Lounge today, July 8, the lady who attended to us was the least friendly, no smile, didn’t even asked if our stay was pleasant, etc., like she couldn’t wait for us to check out. Most of the other service staff at the executive lounge were up to speed and definitely well deserved to have a pat on their back!
