Was perfect location. Room was ok size felt very cramped considering the photos looked a lot bigger. We were in room 12 at the top steep stairs to get there. Very noisy with whoever was next to us so didn’t sleep very well NOT hotels fault. Over all was a ok stay.

Excellent from start to finish, check in was seamless and communication was great. The room was spotless, with everything you could need and more. Location was brilliant, less than a minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Not essential but the parking you can book is cheapest in Cheltenham.

Communication beforehand was excellent with all instructions very clear The apartment and parking were central and easy to access The accommodation was luxurious, clean and well equipped - the bed was amazing. A great stay and the staff we met and liaised with were friendly, smiley and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Excellent stay, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spotless and the location fantastic. The complimentary drinks were appreciated although unfortunately the milk in the fridge was gone off despite still being with in date. For the price we paid we were more than happy with our stay and will definitely be booking again
