The property is on the river which was nice. Front desk was very professional and friendly. The room however wasn’t very clean. Very dusty, and stains on walls and old floorboards. Shower and tub were old and stained as well. We made the best of it anyway since we weren’t in the room except to sleep mostly.

The hotel was ok, it looks like the room had new paint, carpet and tile. The price was good. The hotel doesn't have anything in the way of amenities. We only stayed 1 night but the bed was comfortable and all we needed was a place to sleep.

Toilet seat was broke. When I sat down it slid way over. I felt the cleaning people should have caught it if they cleaned it. Otherwise I would have gave a a 5 star.

The rating and reviews on Expedia may not be accurate. The hotel is below motel level and room and facility conditions are terrible. When I knee down on the mattress, it sank 4 - 5 inches and gave no support. Screens in the back was broken, bathroom bent was full of dust. The bathroom ceiling have panels normally used in the basement or office and those are stained and off. I will never stay in this place.

Came into town for the funeral services of a good friend. The price/location was the reason I booked the room. I was not expecting the place to be as clean and comfortable as it was. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable, rooms were super clean, provides you with very good place to sleep. While it’s not a large chain hotel, it provides everything needed when visiting the Cheboygan area. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of places nearby to get things including food, amenities etc.what really sold me on this location was the views right on the water that you wake up too. I’m pretty sure every room has waterfront views. If you like fishing, there are places right off the docks to fish for smallmouth bass and rock bass.

Shower didn't work well had to ask for clean towels everyday, no cleaning service the entire stay, beds uncomfortable, toilet seat bolt broke, room was 40 degrees when we checked in took forever to warm it up

Fleetwood inn

Beautiful view of the river. Hotel is run down, whoever painted the rooms made a mess of the paint job. Patio chairs are rotted thru. Tub is stained floors not very clean. Mold in the crack of thr ceiling. But beautiful view of the river. Nice helpful staff.
