The property was just as described and suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located close to downtown Mooresville, it was fun to walk around the neighborhood looking at old and interesting houses. Despite being on a road that is sometimes busy, the bedrooms were completely quiet and beds were comfortable. Lots of linens and fully stocked kitchen. We couldn't get hot water from the bathroom or kitchen sinks, but no problem in the shower or the little sink in laundry room. Not a big deal. Very cute house, we'd stay again. Excellent host communication. Thank you!

I use short term rentals a few times a year, and I feel like every time, the host tries their best to be overly helpful, share tidbits about the community and things to do, and overall seems invested in our stay being excellent.The experience here wasn’t that way.
