You'll fall in love with this beautifully decorated 1bedroom, 1bathroom condominum offers a queen size sofa bed, and overlooks round lake. Our 1 bedroom unit features a king bed and a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an updated vanity.
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen which features: a range with oven, refrigerator, microwave and oven. The lovely living room has seating for up to 4 guests with access to the walkout patio.
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. This condo was very comfortable. There is a nice walk-in shower and there is a higher toilet in the bath. Plenty of room in the bedroom - the bed was a little soft for us and I do like a soft bed. The kitchen is small and utensils were not extensive. (We do cook). The TV is the living room was not working correctly with their streaming service and the front desk did know about it but they said there was nothing they could do about it. When we wanted to watch TV we had to go to the bedroom where there was cable TV. We enjoyed the deck where we could watch the boats and harbor activities. The only problem I had was with the check in. We were sent a code to get in the doors a week earlier but luckily we got there before 5 since the code had changed. It was in my email but we had been driving all day and I hadn't looked. They also would not let my husband do the check-in even though I gave him all of the paperwork for the reservation. They wanted my ID - yet if it was after 5 when we would have arrived it would our key would have been on the counter. After riding for 8 hours, I wasn't moving well especially with steps to navigate. The complex does need more handicap parking.

This property is in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and very short walking distance to downtown. The quality of the remodeling job was high quality and tastefully done. The only drawback is these unit do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend this property.
