This beautiful villa is located on the second floor of Tennis Club Villa's, located in East Beach Village. The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.
Please Note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis

We were so happy with this condo! It was clean, comfortable and updated. Patricia was wonderful and very accommodating. The location was perfect for those playing tennis at the Roy Barth tennis facility. We would highly recommend this property.

The check-in was flawless and the Property Manager did a great job on communications.. We love the location of being close to the Sanctuary and a short walk to the beach, and easy access to the bike trails.The owner could get rid of the buddha statue and some black-out curtains are really needed in the bedroom due to the outdoor lighting shining in. The unit has had a beautiful renovation recently, yet the hired cleaning staff need to scrub a bit deeper.... Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay and would give it an overall rating of 9... Thank you!

Everything was wonderful - our host was exceptionally helpful in guiding us with a thorough memo and helping us in a friendly conversation: the condo was a perfect size for the two of us, well designed, beautifully decorated and furnished, well appointed and conveniently located. This was a delightful little apartment, a perfect cozy nest for two I would definitely return to this spot. Some renters may want to know that it is close to the Roy Barth tennis courts, and when you sit on the back porch, you can hear the sounds of the tennis games softly. We didn’t find this to be a problem, but some might.

We loved our stay at the Tennis Court Villa! Patricia was very helpful and communicative and even provided recommendations of places to eat and things to do which were all fantastic. The place was located in a great area, walkable to the beach, and the villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to stay again!

Fabulous One bedroom Condo

Centrally located next to The Sanctuary. The Condo is exceptionally clean, updated and is well stocked. Perfect location for an avid Pickleball/Tennis player. Would definitely recommend staying here. Patricia was wonderful and extremely accommodating.

We were here on business at the Sanctuary but it was sold out, so looked for an "off property" close by, and found this. OMG. We're so grateful we got this opportunity. The walk to the beach is sooo close. The amenities are great. Patricia is fantastic to work with. Everything was easy and would go back in a heart beat!
