Great location and have stayed on the island before many times. Just be aware and I think the post should have it noted: the property shows it has access to a pool and other amenities but in order to actually access it you have to purchase the amenity card or else you can not use the pool or restaurant or coffee on the island and you have to drive back off the island to the shopping center about 15 minutes down the road. I have stayed at other properties with the amenity areas listed and the card was auto included just think the posting should be more clear

Everything about it was great! Host was wonderful! We had a tv issue and notified her late the first evening. She called us to troubleshoot, figured out it was a problem with the remote, and overnighted us a new one! Our favorite thing was sitting on the back porch overlooking 8th green.

We had a great time at this property! It was very clean and the host had everything you need for a beach vacation (plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc). The host was great, very accommodating, and replied quickly. Would recommend to anyone staying on Seabrook!

This place exceeded our expectations. Starting from check-in, our host was extremely quick to respond with any questions/updates we had. Even arriving at 2am due to flight delays and rental car issues, getting access to the property was easy and seamless. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, beach towels and chairs, the list goes on. Everything was labeled, organized, and very clean. I really appreciated having makeup remover and toiletry items available for our first night when we didn’t have time to stop at the grocery store. The room darkening curtains and phone charging ports were just another little amenity that really improved our stay. I understand the island is full of wildlife and bugs are just par for the course, but I LOVED how I didn’t see any bugs during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay!! Came down to play in a golf event and the place was perfect . Easy in, easy out. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Plenty of hangers, towels, space, coffee! I’d come back again without question.

No Frills, But All the Necessities

Our stay at this condo fit the requirements for just what we needed. Booked the place to stay as our family home on Seabrook did not have enough beds to accommodate everyone for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s the perfect one bedroom with a great view. Decor is definitely functional/minimalist but has everything you will need for your stay.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Shaoling is a great host who is very quick to respond and has thought of everything when it comes to having a cozy, well-stocked villa. We loved biking around the island and spending time soaking up the beautiful beach. We would love to come back!
