Omnia Villas are an exclusive member of Holiways Villas.! Omnia Villas are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.


Indoor facilities
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso, and French coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60 with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed (160*200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed (160*200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel), linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.


The base capacity for Villa Omnias is 12 guests (that can comfortably be hosted in the 6 bedrooms) with a maximum capacity of 16 guests (four more guests can be hosted on the sofa on the upper floor that can be converted into four single beds). For above 12 guests there is an extra charge per person/night. In case guests wish to use the sofa beds in the upper floor bedrooms as beds there is going to be an extra charge per night/person even if the base capacity of 12 guests has not been exceeded.



Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is perfectly designed based on the marvelous views with a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, a shower, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Sit in one of the outdoor spots, and enjoy the sunset over the horizon with a glass of wine and your loved one.
On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 4 cars.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost per day from September 15 until the end of May, with a pool temperature set at 26-27?C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 5 days advance notice for this facility, and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)



From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30EUR per night (including both villas) from April to October and 8EUR per night (including both villas) from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Please be advised that the small road leading to the Omnia Villas has a steep incline over the last 50 meters, and we kindly ask you to drive with extra caution. If you have any concerns or feel unsure about driving down, you are welcome to park your car at the beginning of the road, on the main street.
