Hotel con buena ubicaciĆ³n en frente de la playa. De todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en rĆ©gimen de todo incluido Ć©ste es el peor, especialmente por las bebidas en los bares y coemedores. No incluyen ningun cĆ³ctel y si pides cualquier combinado, tipo gintĆ²nic, podemos entender que no seqa de importaciĆ³n pero no que te lo sirvan en un baso pequeƱo de plĆ stico y nisiquiera se molesten a poner un trozo de limĆ³n a no ser que pagues mĆ”s por ello.

I was there 4 nights with a 3 years old baby. The mini club was close one of them, the other one we had to pay for making the purposed activity and other one they said that we can left our child if he doesn't leave the olace without their permit. So they meant they wasnt going to take care of him. So mini club was not enjoyed at all. Breakfasta and food is good, with options for the youngest of house. Not the wone and not the free alcohilics drinks.. they are horrible!! also the snacks offered at midday and afternoon. Their hosekkepers are really nice thans to them specially to Ana and Joana that were really nice with my boy. The pool for kids is really nice but the beach is not what I expected.

Chambre spacieuse. Les repas sont rĆ©pĆ©titifs mais bon. Animation limitĆ©e mais cā€™est se qui rend lā€™hĆ“tel plutĆ“t calme donc apprĆ©ciable quand on a des enfants qui font la sieste . Manque de certain matĆ©riel comme les petites cuillĆØres aux repas et les verres au bars. Verre plastique usĆ©e au passage .

Nous arrivons Ć  la fin de notre sĆ©jour au Kiani Beach et sommes globalement contents de notre sĆ©jour. Accueil chaleureux par Elena qui a su rĆ©soudre rapidement et professionnellement notre petit soucis de type de chambre rĆ©servĆ©e. Belle rencontre avec Roberto et Bijay, serveurs au Beach bar, qui ont toujours servi avec le sourire Un bravo particulier Ć  M Spyros, responsable du restaurant KBR3, pour son accueil professionnel et toujours avec un petit mot attentionnĆ©. Le restaurant est trĆØs bien tenu et son staff trĆØs Ć  l Ć©coute. Les autres restaurants sont Ć©galement bons et bien gĆ©rĆ©s Petite suggestion, il serait agrĆ©able dā€™avoir les repas principaux affichĆ©s Ć  un endroit afin dā€™Ć©viter de se rendre dans chaque restaurant pour se rendre compte des plats servis dans ces derniers. Note chambre avec piscine privative Ć©tait super agrĆ©able et le personnel de mĆ©nage au top.

In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before.

Good holiday but lots to improve

The hotel is good. They claim to be five star but in my opinion unfortunately it's three or three and a half. They are not aiming at high quality - they have potential for so much more. Good: pool, gym, sport options, beach, room size, friendly reception staff, some restaurant staff was also really nice, lots of beach chairs. Ok: food (lacking flavor a bit but otherwise ok), cleaning (that varied a lot - one day it was excellent, the next they just mopped in middle of the floor and took away our beach towels without replacing them). Not so good: drink selection - the sodas from the tap were local brand, the wines from the tap absolutely horrible (=undrinkable and I am not a wine-snob). The bathroom floor was done in the wrong way: water ran the wrong way and stayed at the other end rather than going in the drain. Really noisy restaurants: if they would invest in table cloths, it would make a huge difference. But apparently they want to keep all the costs as low as possible. It seemed like some of the restaurant staff were in such a role for the first time whereas others were excellent. No one seemed to care about feedback. This was the first time in an all inclusive when I drank zero glasses of wine due to the taste of it. The location is beautiful but it's not the easiest to get to - in April the last bus from Chania leaves already at 14.30!

Good resort for families w/ babies or kids 4+

The resort is great for families with babies OR kids 4+ years. It was a huge disappointment for us that our daughter who turns 4 in two months couldnā€™t attend any of the kidsā€™ club activities, even if we wouldā€™ve stayed with her. So there was not much to do, considering we visited in April when only the indoor pool was heated (mildly, still cold in my opinion) and she couldnā€™t spend time in any of the kidsā€™ pools outside. Thereā€™s a small playground, which is nice and a babiesā€™ play room, which is good for 1-2 years old. The kidsā€™ mini disco saved the days for our daughter and she truly enjoyed dancing with other kids! The rooms are nice and the hotel premises altogether are well kept. The buffet has good Greek delicacies but after few days you start to miss something else. The breakfast is superb! Iā€™m pregnant and to my big disappointment the spa had no experience in setting a spa bed for someone in her last trimester. I canā€™t lay on my back anymore, but there was no pillows, only few towels put under my back. Very uncomfortable 60min laying and wasnā€™t able to relax and enjoy the facial. At least in Finland, itā€™s common knowledge in spas that laying on oneā€™s back in late pregnancy is not a good idea and I did inform them about this before my treatment. All in all, I think the resort is nice for a family who likes all-inclusive. This trip taught me that itā€™s not my thing, but itā€™s not the fault of the resort, only my personal opinion. Iā€™ll return to boutique hotels. :)

Barnevennlig hotell med masse god mat

Barnevennlig og meget hyggelig hotell. Blid betjening som var meget servicevennlig. Flotte bassengomrƄdet med underholdning og treningsopplegg. Fine og oversiktlige barnebasseng. Masse solsenger. Du finner alltid en ledig solseng. Nydelig mat. Renslig og ryddige omrƄder.

Good - nice room. Indoor pool, Bad - entertainment was awful and no effort put in. Food not labelled so never know what you are eating. Tables at dinner never cleaned. Ants in room. All inclusive drinks were horrible. Spirtis tasted like paint stripper ! Taxi to old town is 28 Euros each way.
