"We made a reservation 3 mos. in advance. Arrived at check in and told room not ready. We were put on the 3rd floor with a not very good partial view. We went to get something to eat for dinner and they were on a break. For 1 hour. Tried again a few nights later same outcome. Cable on TV kept going out, unreliable service. We paid for a luxury hotel and it was not that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
